We’ve been looking for a keto friendly chocolate chip cookie recipe for a while. Finally found one that satisfies our need for a little dessert. It’s quick and easy to make and you end up with almost no dishes. Each cookie is only 1.5 net carb isn’t that amazing!! Try em’ out and let us know what you think.

1/2 cup (3.5oz) butter melted
1/2 cup (3.5oz) monkfruit sweetener
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
2 cups (7oz) almond flour
1/2tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 oz 100% cocoa (sugar free) chocolate
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 350F
- In a medium bowl combine melted butter, monkfruit sweetener, egg, vanilla extract. Blend by hand or with mixer for about 30 seconds
- Add almond flower, baking powder and salt blend until uniform
- Cut chocolate in small pieces and fold into the mixture
- Grease a non stick cookie sheet
- Roll into balls and flatten into 2″ wide by 1/4″ thick cookies
- Bake at 350F on middle rack for 12-14 minutes or until sides are light golden brown
- Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
